How do I pay?
We use several payment methods. Whichever method you choose, your payment is secure. Which options do we offer?
You can pay for your order via the familiar online banking environment of your own bank. This payment method is most commonly used. It is easy, fast and safe. You can find this payment method below, described per country:
Depending on the country from where you place your order, we also offer payments via SOFORT, an online payment method which is comparable to iDeal when it comes to speed and security. The payments are secure and carried out via the client’s own bank environment.
ADVANCE PAYMENT/BANK TRANSFER
When you opt for advance payment you will receive an email with all the payment details you need after you have placed your order. Your order is processed as soon as the amount is added to our account. Domestic payments are generally received by us on the same day. Payments from abroad usually take several working days. After receipt of your payment, the order will be processed and shipped straight away.
Our clients in France are also given the option to pay via Carte Bancaire (previously Carte Bleue), which is linked to VISA.
PAYMENT UPON DELIVERY
Do you prefer to pay after you received your order? This is an option we offer to our clients in the Netherlands and Belgium, but we do charge a small fee of €0,99 per payment to compensate for the costs. Payment upon delivery is done via Billink, a comprehensive after-payment service from invoicing to collection. In short, they process these payments on our behalf.
When you choose this option, Billink will first carry out a credit check. When you are accepted, you will receive an invoice and you get 14 days to arrange for the payment. Has your request to use Billink been rejected? Then you can always use one of the other available payment methods.

Payment by PayPal is easy as you only need to enter your email address and password. The amounts can be paid by using a direct debit system or a linked credit card. You can also transfer money into your PayPal account to ensure that you have a PayPal balance.
We offer PayPal as a payment method, but due to the high costs for us, we charge a surplus fee of €2 per payment.
What if my payment is unsuccessful?
Should the payment process fail (which happens in very rare cases), you are automatically directed back to the payment page and you will see a notification that the payment was unsuccessful. You can then choose the same or another payment method from the list. If your payment fails again, or you can’t return to the payment page, then please contact us so we can try to find a solution for the problem.
