How long before I receive my order?

Provided the article is in stock or unless we agreed on a different delivery period, we maintain the following guidelines: If you order before 1:00 p.m., we always try to ship your order on the same day. Orders received after 1:00 p.m. are shipped the following day.

The delivery times vary per carrier and delivery address. Orders placed in the Netherlands are generally delivered the following working day. For Belgium and Germany, this is 2 to 4 working days. For France, Austria and Ireland it is 3 to 5 working days. See overview shipment information at the bottom of this page.

What are the shipment costs?

We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount. Deliveries in the Netherlands are free with orders of €60 or more. The shipping costs for orders up to €60 are just €5.95.

Other rates apply for Belgium, Germany and France. The rates are listed in the overview shipping information below.

Do you wish to have an order delivered to an address outside one of these countries? Then please send us an email with the delivery address and we will find the best rate for your shipment!

What if my order can’t be delivered (in time)?

To deliver your order, we use parcel delivery services such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD. You can follow your shipment via the Track & Trace code that you will receive from us. The carriers will do their utmost to deliver your package as quickly as possible. But we can’t give a 100% guarantee as something may go wrong. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible so we can seek a way to solve this.

We will notify you as soon as we know that the delivery will be delayed or when we are unable to ship (part of) your order. In that case, you are entitled to cancel the order.

Can I change the time of delivery?

The package is scanned when it leaves our warehouse and you receive the Track & Trace code. You can follow your package as soon as it is on its way to you. To do that, you enter the Track & Trace code and postal code on the website of the respective carrier. Has the delivery time been established but this is not a convenient time for you? You can often change the time of delivery or have the package delivered at a pick-up point.
