ToolKid handsaw Type 2 (9+)

The hand saw Type 2 has a handle that fits larger children’s hands, based on the average size of children’s hands in the ages ranging between 9 and 12. The pistol-grip handle, whereby the index finger goes through the top hole, stimulates the correct sawing motion and relieves the tension from the hand and, in this way, prevents ‘chopping’ at the wood. The blade is attuned to the forearm and has fine, two-sided sharpened teeth, making the blade go smoothly through the wood. The blade is also slightly thicker to make sure that it doesn’t bend too quickly when the child unintentionally pushes too hard. The Teflon coating offers additional protection so that the saw can also be used outdoor.
